FALL BALL MIDDLE SCHOOL SOFTBALL

Information

Fall Ball 2012 was a great year-here's some of the Information about how the league was run this year:

 Recreational Division:

      *2^nd through 5^th graders with little or no experience. (Grade exceptions can be made)

      *If there are enough girls, we will split the 2/3^rd & 4/5^th.

      *Teams play one game a week for five weeks beginning Saturday, September 8^th.  

      *End of season tourney October 12^th-13^th.

      *Rules can be found @ ipgsa.com (updated rules will be posted after August 1st)

 Junior Division:

      *4^th to 6^th grade with some experience. (Grade exceptions can be made)

      *Rec girls and 10U Comp teams and players may enter in the Juniors.

      *Teams play two games a week for five weeks beginning Saturday, September 8^th.  

      *End of season tourney, October 12^th-13^th

2012 Fall Middle School League Rules

Senior Division:

     *6^th-8^th grade with experience. (Grade exceptions can be made)

     *The Senior division is for experienced rec and comp girls/teams.

     *Teams play two games a week for five weeks beginning Saturday, September 8^th.  

     *End of season tourney, October 12^th-13^th

     *Rules can be found @:  (updated rules will be posted after August 1st)

       At the senior level, we encourage teams to form according to their middle school(s) that will   

       feed into their area High School.

 Individual Registration:

     *Individual girls can register for FB.

     *IPGSA will place these girls according to experience & grade.

     *Registration forms can be found at ipgsa.com (after July 22^nd)

Team Registration:

     *Teams may enter FB by submitting fees, team registration form and roster to:

       IPGSA, PO Box 20192 Boulder, CO 80308 by August 25^th.

     *Cost per team for the Recreation Division will be $475 (fees must be received by first game)

     *Cost per team for the Juniors and Seniors will be $675 (fees must be received by first game)

     (If team carries their own insurance, $75 can be taken off of fee. Proof of certificate required)

 High school students are NOT allowed to participate in the league.

 FB Officers reserve the right to move a team if they have registered in the wrong division

       before or after the season starts.
